| Legal Advisor to the School Board |
The Legal Advisor is that attorney designated by the School Board to advise the School Board at a particular meeting, workshop, or hearing and has such powers and duties as given by these rules and the School Board. The Chief Counsel regularly serves as Legal Advisor.
The School Board shall avoid appointing as Legal Advisor any person who is, at that time, representing a party in a proceeding before the School Board.
