Policy 2.011Recognition of Principals' Association

  1. The Palm Beach County Principals' Association is recognized as an official management organization representing principals who are members of its association, with all the responsibilities inherent thereto.

  2. The aforementioned association shall have the privilege of discussing salary and fringe benefits, of being represented as part of management on the Board's negotiating team, of contributing input into the operations of schools, of representing its members involved in grievance procedures, of regularly attending school board meetings and speaking to those issues pertinent to its members and the operation of the school district, and also of presenting to the superintendent and then when deemed necessary to the Board, any problems which may concern the effectiveness of principals to successfully administer their schools.
