Athletic, Band and Choir Agreements with Non-School Entities

1. Any school considering entering into an agreement with an individual, group or organization, other than other school or schools, for athletic contests, radio or television broadcasts or rebroadcasts for an amount in excess of $500 must secure approval of the Board before such an agreement is concluded.

2. Any school considering entering into an agreement with a nonschool entity for services of a choir or band or for the benefit of the treasury of either and involving a contemplated amount of over $500 must secure approval of the Board.

3. The principal may enter into, but shall be solely responsible for, any contract in the amount of $500 or less.
