| Summer School |
The superintendent may provide for appropriate summer school programs in the annual school budget as the budget allows and shall provide summer programs as required by law.
The following forms are incorporated herein by reference to be used by schools, as applicable, to plan and report summer programs: PBSD 0540, PBSD 0541, PBSD 0542, PBSD 0544, PBSD 0673, PBSD 0844, PBSD 0963, PBSD 1193, PBSD 2099, PBSD 2111, and PBSD 2126.
