| Policy for Bargaining Unit Employees |
Board policies apply to all District employees and personnel, including those personnel subject to negotiated bargaining agreements. When a provision of a Board Policy conflicts with a provision of a ratified bargaining agreement, the specific provision of the negotiated contract takes precedence as Board policy for employees in that particular bargaining unit. The current bargaining agreements must be referenced to determine whether a conflict exists with otherwise applicable Board Policy.
