Policy 3.45Promotional Practices

  1. All vacancies except those positions in which the superintendent recommends the appointment of a current and qualified employee shall be advertised.

  2. Appropriate advertisement of and filling vacancies for positions which are part of a bargaining unit shall be controlled by the appropriate collective bargaining agreement.
