Policy 3.75

(Repealed) Witness Duty

When employees are under subpoena as witnesses in connection with their official duties or are under subpoena as witness in a court proceeding in which they are not a party to the litigation, they shall receive their regular compensation while on witness duty and shall remit to the Board in check or money order (no cash) the amount of fees, less travel allowance, received for witness duty. An employee who is party to litigation may request personal leave or annual leave as provided for in School Board policies.
