Policy 6.175Purchasing Food with Certain Federal Funds

  1. Pursuant to Fla. Stat. § 1001.43(2)(g), the District is authorized to use certain federal funds to purchase food to the extent permitted by the federal program guidelines, such as for Title I parent-involvement meetings and training sessions.

  2. Implementation of this Policy shall be coordinated by the District’s NCLB/federal grants department in compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
