| Sharing of Football Facilities by Palm Beach County Public Schools |
Occasions arise when a school needs to use the football facilities of another school such as when the school's football stadium is under construction or undergoing major renovation.
Where the football facilities of a senior high or full secondary school are used by another school which assumes the role of host school for a game, the following conditions will apply:
The host school for the game shall assume the costs associated with its home games and provide payment as needed and in the manner as stated below for the services of custodial and other personnel (game officials, ticket sellers, security details, etc.) supplied by the school where the facilities are located.
The host school will pay directly from its internal funds any of these persons who are not employed by the School District. As to District employees associated with the home game, the host school will enter them in payroll through People Soft using the host school's department number, and the amounts will then be invoiced to the host school's internal accounts.
