| Withholding Exemption Certificate (Form W-4) |
All employees of the Palm Beach County Schools are required by law to file Form W-4, "Employee's Withholding Allowance Certificate." After the initial filing, should the employee's name change, or the employee desire to change the number of exemptions, a revised Form W-4 shall be filed.
