| Prequalification of Contractors |
All contractors for school construction projects estimated to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) must be prequalified pursuant to the uniform procedures and criteria set forth in Section 4.1(8) of the State Requirements for Educational Facilities. The Board shall accept or reject an application for prequalification as recommended by the Superintendent or designee.
